A leader possesses two things; clarity and consistency.

Clarity is knowing where you are going and why you are going there. It is knowing that there is a better place and being able to determine how to get there.

Consistency is about maintaining your shape; being who you say you are. Being authentic and emotionally stable.

Both of these factors generate hope and trust in people. Hope and trust empower people to be more and give more.

Both of these factors are in your control. So move towards where you are clear. Be somebody who engenders trust. You will find that people will follow. Naturally. Isn’t it time you lead?
